This course, aimed at teaching sound and godly financial management skills, has gained nationwide acclaim in recent years, and for good reason. Our initial group of just nine participants, consisting mostly of non-members, collectively paid off more than $10,000 of debt during just the nine weeks we met together, while accumulating $4,600 in savings! You could achieve similar results if you have the discipline to follow Dave Ramsey’s proven strategy.
In Financial Peace University, Dave Ramsey and his teaching team walk you through the basics of budgeting, dumping debt, planning for the future, and much more. Local classes are made up of small groups of people who live in your area and are a great way to share ideas, be encouraged, and stay motivated. Classes meet for nine weeks and are led by a volunteer coordinator. One Financial Peace University membership per family is all you need to get started in a class. Registration costs $100, so this is no small commitment, but it will pay for itself many times over. We are also able to offer a limited number of “scholarships” to those who are unable to pay the registration fee.
This program is especially valuable for newlyweds and recent grads, but it’s never too late to start managing money more wisely. New classes are being convened periodically. Check back frequently to keep apprised of the latest times and dates.
Welcome home, we’ve been waiting for you! It’s true, because we believe that every person who comes into the circle of our fellowship was sent by God Himself. This is no accident that you are reading about us right now. We hope to have the joy of greeting you and the privilege of helping you to keep growing in your faith. We’re eager to know you, and we’re excited to share with you the marvelous ways God is working in our church.
It won’t take you long to discover that this is truly a family, rich in the relationships that matter most. Growing together, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn, and we reach out to the world with the love of Jesus. Our doors are open. Our hearts are open, too. If you’ve been thinking, praying, searching, and hoping for a place to belong, we say again—welcome home.
